You will submit the following info:

1. Baby's name in English and Hebrew
2. Parent's full English names
3. Date of birth
4. If the baby is named after someone 
5. Baby weight and length
6. Email address to receive and confirm the mockup

If you don't want some of this information included - no problem! Just leave it blank on the form.

Once I receive your order and information, I will create a digital mockup and send it over for your review within 24-48hrs. Once approved, the piece is printed on 300gsm fine-art paper in my studio or through one of my international print partners, and shipped your way from Israel within a few working days.
