How Israeli Ketubah Orders Work
Getting married inside Israel and dreaming of a beautiful, meaningful ketubah?
I’m so happy you’ve found your way here.
My ketubah ordering process is designed to be smooth, personal, and completely stress-free, so your ketubah arrives safely and beautifully wherever your wedding is happening.
Here’s a simple overview of how everything works, along with all the details you’ll need - from choosing your design to receiving your ketubah by free express worldwide delivery.

Step 1: Choose your ketubah type
Read about the difference between prints and paintings here.
Once you’ve chosen your design and ketubah type, you can purchase your ketubah here on my website.
Each design includes a drop-down menu where you can select your size and choose print or original painting.
If you need your ketubah sooner than the listed timelines, please reach out — I can often accommodate faster orders. My email is rachelle@thedelicatebrush.com
Rush orders incur an additional 200 NIS fee, available as an add-on in the shop.
Please order as early as possible for a smooth and stress-free experience.

Step 2: Request your ketubah text
RABBANUT:
-
As Israeli weddings have strict rules for ketubah texts, you will need to request your text from the Rabbanut. It must be in an editable word document format.
TZOHAR:
-
As long as you are fully registered with Tzohar, I am in touch with them directly and can receieve your text on your half once we get started.
OTHER:
-
Contact your officiant/rabbi and ask which ketubah text you should use.
-
You may also pick an international ketubah text from my website, if approved by your rabbi where relevant.
Read more information about ketubah texts in Israel here.
Once you have your text ready in a word doc or are registered with Tzohar, you can submit your order form alongside ordering from my website shop. Your ketubah will not be printed without your review and confirmation from the Rabbanut/Tzohar!
Step 3 - I Will Email You a Mockup
Step 3: I will email your ketubah mockup
Once your order is placed and your order form is submitted, the fun begins.
You’ll receive a digital mockup by email within 24 hours.
✨ For printed ketubahs, the mockup will show the full design
(metallic leaf is added by hand later).
✨ For hand-painted ketubahs, the mockup will include the text layout only.
You can review the mockup and request any edits before sending it to your rabbi for approval. We’ll revise your ketubah as needed until both you and your rabbi are completely happy.

Step 4 - Optional Ketubah Framing
I also offer two custom-made framing options in my studio in Shoham that can be pre-ordered when you place your ketubah order!
-

-
A beautiful option for ease of transport and displaying your ketubah

You can find the frame options here and add one to your cart.
Prefer to receive your ketubah unframed? No problem, door-to-door shipping is included in the price.
